ORDER PROCESSING
All orders placed Monday thru Friday (excluding public holidays) before 4PM PST will begin processing that day and ship within 24 hours, pending item availability and credit card verification. Order placed after 4PM PST will begin processing the next business day.
Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
SHIPPING
Domestic Shipping
All Filosofia orders within the United States ship via USPS Priority or First Class Mail, free of charge. Orders typically arrive 2-3 business days after the package is picked up. All orders ship with delivery confirmation information provided by USPS that may be used to track your package. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates or provide tracking information beyond that supplied by USPS.
Please note Filosofia is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Standard shipping does not include insurance.
Kindly ensure your billing and shipping addresses are correct when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.
International Shipping
All Filosofia international orders over $150 ship via USPS First Class Package International Service, free of charge. Orders typically arrive 7-14 business days after the package is picked up, but may take longer. Most international orders provide tracking information as provided by USPS, however, this information may cease updating once the package leaves the United States. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates or provide tracking information beyond that supplied by USPS.

We will not mark an item as a “gift” or reduce the stated value of the package as we may be penalized for doing so. Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer’s responsibility.
Express Shipping
Express shipping is available for domestic and international orders with an additional fee applied by the shipping service. Please indicate you would like express shipping at checkout.
We are unable to guarantee delivery dates or provide tracking information beyond that supplied by USPS.
RETURNS
We want you to love your Filosofia purchase, but if there is any reason you are unsatisfied we provide free returns and exchanges for domestic orders within 14 days of delivery. Returned or exchanged items must be in "like new" condition and accompanied by original tags. All refunds will be made to the original form of payment. Please have your order number available.
If you would like to process an exchange, please notify us through the contact information below. We will provide a return shipping label. Exchanges will be shipped once we receive the return.
We are also able to accept international order returns within 14 days of delivery. For international order returns, the buyer is responsible for the shipping fee.
